Drink at least three 8 oz. glasses per day. The longer it sits, the better it tastes. Vitamin C has been known to use fat as fuel, tangerine has been known to decrease your sensitivity to insulin, and the cucumber helps you feel full.
Wash and slice 1/2 grapefruit, 1 tangerine, 1 cucumber, and fresh mint. Mix with lots of ice, water, and refrigerate.
